How long does it take before I get help?

We have a service promise and ambition to help all our customers within 48 hours. If you instead want to book a visit for later, this is of course also possible. The Buddy who takes on your particular assignment will call you and you decide together on a time that suits you, so you never have to sit at home and wait for someone to show up.

What days and time can you help me?

Our Buddies can help you every day of the week between 8-21. You, together with your Buddy, choose the exact time and date of your visit after your booking. Our customer service is open 9-17 on weekdays (closed on weekends).

How do I rebook my service?

If your chosen time or date no longer fits, you are welcome to contact our customer service and we will rebook the assignment. Please note that you will be charged if the cancellation or rebooking takes place within 24 hours.
